Telephoned and spoke to Kirsty and then Amanda as had questions regarding arranging a future provisional delivery date (my home is a building site) and then problems ordering my new oven on line. Both ladies were very friendly and efficient, and placed the order for me. Now just waiting to confirm my delivery date and receive my appliance
