Had never come across their name or website previously but found them on a Google search for a Parker Premier ballpoint pen. When saw their listing & price it seemed too good to be true. Have become wary of on-line 'bargains' as usually do not live up to offer nor expectations. These guys certainly did & more. Item arrived extremely promptly at v.reasonable P&P cost with constant delivery updates. The pen was 100% perfect & have to compliment this company for an all round superb experience.
