I have never had anything but efficient and prompt service from Amazon and t'suppliers, with no issues encountered on returning goods when necessary from time to time.
My prime membership has proved more than worthwhile, especially since the introduction of access to Prime Video, and the hassle of going to the shops to search for goods is gone and with next day delivery in most instances, it's quicker and cheaper to shop online.
I hardly need to go to the shops at all anymore - yay!
