I wanted to get a quote from different removal companies, but not an automatic estimate, but someone to come and do a survey before providing the quote.
I entered the details in Buzzmove and two companies came up, but I got nothing from both - nobody got in touch to arrange the survey or to at least acknowledge the request.
I don't know if this is a problem of the companies themselves or they didn't get the info from Buzzmove, but I didn't achieve anything using the website and therefore I rate the experience as poor.
