Analyzing low level Na in organic compounds by extraction, quickly found that the nebulizer was not compatible with the residual organics. Customer support responded quickly and replaced nebulizer at no cost with one more suited for my application. Very happy with support I received. I have received excellent reviews from the technicians using the instrument since the upgrade.
