This is a fraudulent exchange . They froze my assets worth 17,000 usdt and wouldn't let me withdraw as they said I violated their terms of service and I told them to provide evidence but they were unable to do so.
So I advise people to not use this scam exchange as their customer service is garbage and writing mails won't solve your problem as this fraud exchange is filled with bots who doesn't understand user problem. If not for aramezglobal.com that intervened and helped me recoup my funds from them, I would have lost everything.
