I’m deeply disappointed with Bybit’s handling of my recent transaction. On 26 November 2024, I transferred BTC worth $469.73 from my Exodus wallet to Bybit (Transaction ID: 21a65aa198166dd985ad5630012505f908577cc2e68855070aeadfd587df231a).
The transaction was marked for review and my my withdrawal and trading activities was suspended, and I was asked to provide details and the source of funds, which I promptly submitted. However, it’s been over 7 days, and I’ve received no response or resolution (Case ID: 13832647).
This lack of communication is unacceptable and undermines trust in the platform. I urge Bybit to address this promptly.
I reported the above case earlier on here and I was assured that the case will be looked into but it’s over 5days since my first review and I still haven’t gotten any update from bybit. It’s no longer funny as the whole of my life savings is on there and I can’t even make any withdrawal.
This is exactly why I said I am disappointed, I took reaching out to a third party agent I found on reddit "OvermuchConcrete" ... who turns out to be my saviour as they successfully reversed my money and I permanently closed my account with them afterwards.
