Hello everyone, I would like to share my opinion and experience, and also raise a serious complaint against Bybit.eu, a company that I find to be inadequate, unprofessional, and misleading, despite being licensed to operate in Europe with authorization from the Austrian FMA. For almost a month now, my cryptocurrency has been blocked by Bybit.eu, and I have been repeatedly misled and delayed, unable to withdraw it to my private wallet. As a result, I have filed an official complaint with the FMA against Bybit.eu. I possess all communication records—emails, chat transcripts, and documented interactions—which clearly serve as undeniable proof that Bybit.eu has been deliberately obstructing me. I strongly believe this is not an isolated case and that many other users may be facing similar issues. I will also attach the letter I submitted to the FMA so that others can see exactly what was reported. I sincerely hope that the Austrian authorities will take control of the situation and resolve it properly. My advice, however, is very clear: do not engage with Bybit.eu in Europe or anywhere else they operate. In my experience, they act in bad faith, making withdrawals intentionally difficult in the hope that clients will give up and abandon their funds.
