I don’t trust C-cex anymore. I received funds from outside, and it’s been two years now without being able to withdraw. I opened a support ticket, but they keep saying they’re still working on it. Support has also stopped replying to my messages, and it’s not like I’m spamming them I only send one every three or four days, yet they still refuse to respond. Thankfully, after merging my account on the new website (c-cex.us.com), I was finally able to withdraw my funds without any issues. I’m truly grateful.
