Using my phone to try and order a treat for my sick sister I spent 30 minutes going round and round, attempting to fill-in the form. First it wouldn't let me enter a different billing and delivery address, then it demanded the recipients' phone number (totally unnecessary!) then it kept resetting my delivery choice to blank and I had to enter it again, finally when my bank sent me a one time pass code there "Are you a robot?" question timed out by the time I entered the code - it had been no more than 30 seconds! For a living I work in Customer Services for a large online retailer, so I am pretty online savvy, as I do it for a living. When I sent an e-mail to complain, I got a response asking me to call a premium line number, then they would call me back, but they couldn't do personalized items over the phone!
For along established, Worldwide company this is ridiculous.
