I am impressed with the build quality of the Cala bilt flats at Craibstone. The flat is now a little over 4 years old and there have been no issues whatsoever. I don't like the design of the Juliette doors with the drop to the decking but that aside I think the aesthetics and overall finish of the flat is top notch and far superior to their peers. The design of the development to incorporate woodland walks and cycle pathways alongside extensive tree planting amongst mature forest is excellent and very well maintained.
