Three emails to them to ask for help for a broken strap on purse. Finally a response with a long list of things I needed to provide via email.
I provided those details but still received and email saying they’re closing the dispute because they had not received the details they requested. I resent,again, those details. Wish me luck. Very disgruntled and disappointed.
