I have been a long time customer of the brand until I made the mistake of shopping the CK online store. The CK stores in my area had a fair amount of selections to choose from, but very few different sizes. I opted to try their online experience, it was worse. I picked a few items and realized very quickly that the size choices were very limited. I finally found a model that I currently wear, put two in my cart for checkout. When the two pairs arrived a few days later, I tried them on and they were much smaller than my previous jeans. Same size, same model. I took them back to my local CK store, only to be met with a rude sales clerk who yelled out as I walked through the door “WE DON’T TAKE ONLINE RETURNS” I approached the counter and asked why the rude greeting, she claimed “we get too many online shoppers trying to return here!” I left the store and proceeded to fill out the online return, printed the return label and sent them back through FedEx. CK confirmed the return a few days later and charged me a $10 return fee. Many other retailers have excellent policies for online/in store experiences. CK, you need to do better!!!
