No customer empathy from the Head of Business Growth. I was trying to raise an issue to be fed back into the Audi brand, the only response I received was 'why are you using that tone with me' repeated on several occasions. Quickly I realised he had no customer care, so I asked him to go back to what he was doing, which he swiftly did. The junior adviser apologised for my customer experience! I left feeling shocked and upset at such appalling treatment.
I will not be returning.
