Appalling customer service.
One of the worst experiences I ever had. Bought a camera which, 10 days later has not been delivered. They never answer fb or instagram messages while it took them 3 days to reply to my email, offering no help at all. Their phone never works.
I am afraid I just wasted 450gbp. Seriously unprofessional if not a scam.
Avoid them!
