Appalling after sales service. Phone calls say office is closed during normal working hours??
Email replies come after 3 days. I am trying to return a lens within my 14 day no quibble period but seems like they are dragging it on so I miss my return by date. Also it says on the website FREE INSURED COLLECTION when returning items but when I asked about this I have been ignored for 3 days now. I would rate this service as a great big ZERO!
