My first order from Canada Peds had a slight issue with the accuracy of the order. Their customer service department promptly owned, and corrected the issue. Given the nature of this business I was obviously concerned at first, but was happy to see them make things right. Because of how well this problem was handled, they’ve earned a client for life with me. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they are handled is what really matters. Canada Peds handled it like professionals. 10/10 service and quality.
