The services offered through the Canada Startups platform helped with really alerting me to the options so I didn't have to do it on my own. Was effective to say the least as I did find funds. Using the government site on its own was a useless effort, as well working with other companies, BDC, Futureprenur and even banks. Only one that did help was Canada Startups.
