I got into my business and needed funds. Contacted Canada Startups after not being able to source funds on my own. These guys were a bit pushy and I thought why? Why does anyone want to help this much. I ended up registering and paid the fee. 2 months in, I have applied for 6 programs that they recommended and they have beyond exceeded my expectations. So far, i have a $12,000 grant that I was approved on, for wages; and $2,500 for marketing. Still working and actively looking for more!
