I had a phone call from them even though I have applied for a finance elsewhere. The lady on the phone was very helpful and pleasant and asure that I will definitely get a finance from can can finance. All my details and bank details later never even bothered to call back. So I decided to call them and couple of calls later without getting any reply or answer back I gave up.
