I was considering going tomorrow to the Rochdale branch to pick a car as I had booked in with them and I have been told I have finance accepted. After reading these reviews I will waste their time and not show up now. I am glad I read these reviews before I went down ... if ANYONE in management level or Director level at this company actually read their own reviews then “sort yourselves and this company out” because the customer feedback on here has made my mind up ... it’s a NO from me !
