Candle and Blue offer a very high standard of customer service. For example, I was not expecting to receive a sample of the fabric I had chosen for my cushions, but this arrived the day after I placed the order. I assume this would have been in time for me to change it if I didn't like it. I received update emails throughout the process. The furniture arrived undamaged and I am very pleased with the quality of it.
The only downside was the delivery. Having waited in all day on the date I was given the furniture arrived the next day instead.
