Ordered an item as a wedding present having been let down elsewhere and with time getting very tight. My order was acknowledged straightaway and confirmed the delivery estimate given when ordering. In fact the item was despatched ahead of schedule and arrived the next day. This is good old fashioned service from people who care. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
