I was searching for a particular bowl to replace a much-loved one that got broken and Candle and Blue had it in stock! There was a slight hiccup when the courier (an external company) delivered it to the wrong house but it was re-directed by a helpful neighbour with no harm done. More importantly, while we were trying to find out what had happened, Natalie from Candle & Blue was endlessly helpful and reassuring - friendly too. I will be very happy to buy from this lovely business again.
