Erin told me I would get my VAT back from my international order. Ordered over $250 worth of product. Received the product and provided all documentation that was provided to me and then I was told I would not get my VAT back. I let them know THEY failed to include all the CN-22 export forms required BY THEM for the refund and Erin still told me it was my fault.
So essentially they conveniently forgot the form required by them to get the VAT refund.
Horrible customer service.
