Purchased a rubber boot for my dog who had injured his paw. Went for the size recommended but when I tried to put it on him the boot split open. Disapointed with the product but service was very helpful and arranged a partial refund straight away (unfortunately I didn't get back the delivery costs, just the purchase price of the boot) but I will try them again next time I need something
