I was very happy that I received an extremely helpful and pleasant phone call about my purchase, with advice based on experience. Definitely five star service. However, the boot I bought was still not ideal - my dog has big sprawly toes and it was difficult to get them into the boot, although it did fit well once they were in. She also needs a longer length for the leg, being a skinny lurcher, very much greyhound type. The boot usually stayed on long enough for the short time she was in the garden, but did come off once, and I wouldn't trust it to stay on as securely as I would like for any length of time. Will definitely use the firm again, though.
