We have ordered several items from Canine Concepts over the last year or so and they are always good quality with a quick delivery. Last time, Flika's new squeaky toy didn't sqeak properly and she was a bit fed up. I contacted CC to let them know and they sent a replacement out at no cost in double quick time. I would recommend them to anyone.
