The colour I ordered was not available but I was phoned promptly to ask if I wanted to alter my order. Once I had I was told when it would arrive. As it had not arrived several days after the promised date I emailed an enquiry. This was answered very quickly and I was told the article would arrive in a couple of days. Unfortunately I was going away and the order was held back and despatched so that it arrived the day after I returned. I was very impressed with the personal touch and, despite the order not arriving on time initially, I would have no problem with using this company again.
