Hi i purchased a pet carrier for my rather large dauchshund, unfortunately i had to return it but only because it wasent the right item for my pet. I had misread the weight the carrier could take thinking in lbs instead of kg. The delivery was speedy and the item was adequately packaged. The item was of a good quality and nice colours. I would have kept the item if had a smaller dog. I returned the item and i was refunded my money within a few days. I was emailed to inform me of what was happening which was reassuring. Excellent service and polite friendly helpful staff. I feel confident in purchasing from cainineconcept in the future.????
