The ordering was very easy. The item came but I was sent the wrong product I phoned and they sent me return envelope to return the unwanted item along with my correct order which I received within a couple of day. There was no fuss everything was done straight away. The service was brilliant. My dog likes his new boots he will keep them on all day.
