ordering from the website was very easy, and navigation to different pages so simple.
I ordered 4 different things for our new pup and apart from 1 item being wrong it was rectified without any problem and refund supplied. The only problem I had was with the delivery company Yodel who no matter who I order from don't seem to be able to read an address, and insisted I take it up with Canine Concepts. Sending the wrong item back was no problem and I will deal with you again, thankyou
