I ordered a Vari-Sky kennel to transport my puppy from the UK to my home in Denmark and I was on a tight travel schedule. Although it arrived reasonably quickly, I was charged for delivery eventhough the order was over £50 and, more importantly the kennel arrived with broken components and was unusable. It took several attempts to contact Canine Concepts by phone and email and had to source a kennel elsewhere. I then had to chase up to get a refund after the faulty kennel was collected. It made an already stressful situation much more complicated.
