Very helpful and friendly lady on the 'phone.
The neoprene boots are very good for my paralyzed dog. They stay on!!! You do need to be careful that where they wrap around the leg they don't chafe the bony prominences. Slipping a soft felt or foam ring used for corns in the boot at this site has helped to lessen this.
I have yet to use the repair gel.
