I ordered two dog coats from Canine Concepts. I emailed them after a week because the order hadn't arrived, even though they had been posted quickly after the order was placed. By the end of the morning I had a very nice reply saying that another pair of coats was being sent as a replacement and apologising for the fact that they had got lost, which was hardly the company's fault. The coats arrived quickly afterwards. The original coats never have materialised but I was very impressed by Canine Concepts' response to the problem and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a trustworthy, reliable company to deal with. Their customer service is excellent.
