Was disappointed by the quality of goods described as 'tuff toys' and didn't expect them to break within 5 minutes of giving them to my puppy. Considering how much I spent I expected them to last longer. When I complained I was told that they would or be refunded. Customer services was disgusting and my feedback is on Facebook and has been passed to others with dogs advising them to not purchase anything from your company.
