I bought a front carrier for my elderly dog, it was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately she did not fit properly into it but my neighbour bought it for her dog. I contacted Patricia to ask about a larger carrier and found her to be very helpful, it was sent quickly and we can go on longer walks once again.
