service and delivery were great and sdiserve 5 however the product is not strong enough for our dog who is a small breed - she keeps managing to pull the tug toy out from under the settee and pull the fishing pole off the Base, there is black grease that has marked our carpet because of this. She is the size of a Jack Russell so a little concerning that she has the strength to unbalance this product hence one star off for product not being robust
