I ordered a large bed for my dog, it never turned up. I telephoned and was told it was out of stock, but would arrive by Friday as new stock was arriving.
Friday came still no bed. Telephoned again, was told its out of stock. Order cancelled as couldn't tell me when I would get my dogs bed.
