I ordered a dog bed but their suppliers didn't have it in stock. I was called and offered a bigger bed for no extra charge, but, as it happened, I was happy to wait the extra few days for the one I ordered to be available. The lady gave me great advice about the bed and I slightly amended my order because of what she said. My first time ordering from this company and I was very happy with their service.
