Very polite and helpful, go out of their way to help you & make sure your order is what is correct for your dog. Delivery was very quick came the following day! I would 100% recommend canine concepts and their beds. My 9 month old, old tyme english bulldog loves it doesn't want to know the sofa anymore, which is great!!. We had to buy one for my mother's english bulldog, as when he visited he wouldn't get off it & then wouldn't sleep on his bed at home anymore! We now have 2 very happy & comfy dogs.
