I wanted to buy a pair of Neopaws boots for my dog. His paws fall between two sizes. I asked three different companies for advice regarding fit, and Canine Concepts were the only ones to respond to me (they responded very quickly). The boots were dispatched very quickly and Canine Concepts offered to take them back if they didn't fit.
