Extremely poor, customer service is appalling - no idea why there’s positive reviews. Purchased an air track for my daughter for Christmas Day. Pumped this up in the morning and it was deflating within hours. Emailed them to advise Boxing Day morning. Nearly a month later they are refusing to replace (just fix it) their website suggests you get what you pay for.
Also false advertising, they have increased the price of the air track significantly and claim this is in the sale
