Extremely disappointing. Our holiday was cancelled for COVID 19. No refund was provided and no response provided to countless emails.
Eventually got through to a very polite lady who assured that a refund would be provided but nothing materialised. Inexplicably a further charge was then made to my credit card using the details provided.
Do not trust this company with your credit card details.
