I am very appointed with the poor quality control on my last order of three canvass prints. One of the picture frames was made with a wood strip on the right hand side that is missing a large portion of wood. Instead of being 3/4" wide it is 1\2" wide. Consequently when it hangs on the wall the right side does not lay flush to the wall. The void created a shadow and the part of the picture that would bee seen as an edge is lost in the shadow of the folded edge. The wood strip should never have been used to make a frame. That piece should have bee fire kindling. I either want a redo of the one picture or a refund. Gilbert Vela
