I can share experience that unfortunately all traders do not experience. I don't want to say that I'm special. I just managed to make money on this broker's platform and I withdrew profit from my trading account several times.
To withdraw money from my CAPEX account, I used bank card with which I deposited account.
I'm aware of anti-money laundering policy and the same method should be used to deposit and withdraw money from account.
Every time I withdraw money, it was fast and convenient. Besides, I haven't seen any hidden commissions.
