I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, EVEN WITH THE FACT THAT I HAD THE LAST LAUGH WITH THE HELP OF FOS TERBOO N . ORG, BUT I WILL STILL NEVER RECOMMEND CAPITALCLIQUE TO ANYONE. This was my story -- I haven't had access to my money for 2 weeks. On 10.10.2024, my deposit arrived at CAPITALCLIQUE, but it is unavaible for security reasons (My case number was #06652923). Support does not respond to my emails. The live chat promises everything but didn't do anything. Incredible! I sent the requested documents several times, but I received no feedback that they had arrived. The live chat agent confirmed that all my requested documents were received, that is my last information on 19.10.2024. Their system and support was horrible. I didn't get answer to my questions, and they can't/don't want tell me where is my case. I wrote numerous e-mails to the support and also wrote in the live chat and submitted a webform on CAPITALCLIQUE. But I don't get any answer by email. The live chat agent always promises to solve my case within 24/48 hours. But nothings happen. I still can't use my deposit. The CAPITALCLIQUE waste my time and money, but thank goodness that I contacted FOS TERBOO N . ORG for help before it was too late. This attitude is unacceptable!
