I found out that if you don't trade with them after depositing the money, there is a fee on the withdrawal amount! After my request and a few back-and-forth emails, customer care did not take any action, even though my case was legitimate. If k E Z O O K had not intervened, I would have lost all of my money, including the account.
If it weren't for my rescue and whole money back, I would have been in serious debt.
