I contacted customer service after having trouble processing withdrawals. Unfortunately, after a lengthy wait, they did not provide a reasonable explanation for the pending withdrawals in their response. My account was then unexpectedly frozen.I advise looking into more reliable options, as I did, and getting help from T R E (BLE) SLTD/CO(M), who made it possible for me to get my money back in two days.
