We purchased a super king bed and base, after 'trying' it in the show room. However after a few days, we realised the mattress was too soft. Wanting to change it up for a firmer mattress we were informed 'Caprice is not in the business of selling 2nd hand matresses' Stupidly, we had not asked about this beforehand. We will not be in the business of supporting them in future.
